WHAT WE DO IN 1:1 TRAINING
Every workout is a total experience, delivering exactly what your body needs to get stronger, leaner and healthier. Each Session starts with a focused cardio warm-up followed by a series of movement preparation exercises. After that we go into a focused exercise session tailored to your goals. Then we strictly work on your core musculature. Lastly, we finish the session with a progressive instructor led stretching sequence to work on flexibility.
