1:1 Personal Training

Your body and goals are unique and your exercise and program needs to be also. Whether you’re new to health & fitness or a more seasoned enthusiast, The Jersey Personal Training experience works because it’s a personalized customized solution tailored to YOU and your body, your goals and your starting point. Being healthy is about more than just lifting weights, getting your heart rate pumping and having some fun! It’s about learning how to create and sustain a lifestyle supporting the way you want to look, feel & live! 

WHAT WE DO IN 1:1 TRAINING 

Every workout is a total experience, delivering exactly what your body needs to get stronger, leaner and healthier. Each Session starts with a focused cardio warm-up followed by a series of movement preparation exercises. After that we go into a focused exercise session tailored to your goals. Then we strictly work on your core musculature. Lastly, we finish the session with a progressive instructor led stretching sequence to work on flexibility.

I began training at Jersey Personal Training in April of this year. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and was treated with professionalism. I began my training with a goal to improve muscle structure and stay fit and healthy. So far I am achieving those goals and feel so good about it that I have signed on for another 36 sessions. What I like about it is that even though my training programs are well planned out, I can suggest to do something else on another area of my body that I feel needs more focus on and the trainer always comes up with something satisfying. I hope to continue in my pursuit of health and looking and feeling great and I know I can’t do it without Jersey Personal Training! Thank you and keep up the good work!

When I first started at Jersey Personal Training, I was very overweight and lacked any confidence in myself however, the only way I could lose weight and gain confidence would be to stick it out with Wayne.  My first test after 8 weeks in the program was astounding and the results were magnificent and I knew I had made the right choice especially after having continued successful testing results progressively through my 9 months here.

Now I am a shadow of my former self and I am more confident and relaxed and truly happy for the first time in my life.  Wayne was there with me every step of the way and continues to guide me and wish me well now that I train on my own.    I encourage anyone who is on the fence to take part in this program because the results are astounding.  Just look at me, when I started I was unhealthy, overweight, and suffered from low self esteem, low confidence, and was very shy around the opposite sex and now I am the fittest I have ever been in my life.  I have lost a substantial amount of weight and now have a girlfriend.   This isn’t some miracle overnight cure though, you have to work your butt off, put in the hours, stick to some sort of a diet, and trust Wayne.    Good luck with your fitness and remember it takes hard work to achieve success.
