1:1 Personal Training

Your body and goals are unique and your exercise and program needs to be also. Whether you’re new to health & fitness or a more seasoned enthusiast, The Jersey Personal Training experience works because it’s a personalized customized solution tailored to YOU and your body, your goals and your starting point. Being healthy is about more than just lifting weights, getting your heart rate pumping and having some fun! It’s about learning how to create and sustain a lifestyle supporting the way you want to look, feel & live! 

WHAT WE DO IN 1:1 TRAINING 

Every workout is a total experience, delivering exactly what your body needs to get stronger, leaner and healthier. Each Session starts with a focused cardio warm-up followed by a series of movement preparation exercises. After that we go into a focused exercise session tailored to your goals. Then we strictly work on your core musculature. Lastly, we finish the session with a progressive instructor led stretching sequence to work on flexibility.

Dear Wayne,

I want to first and foremost thank you so much for your services. When I first arrived in November, I was quite nervous, but I knew I needed it. At the time I was very overweight and was going through a lot, which really killed my self-esteem. However, after meeting with you for the first time, I knew that it was going to be a success for me.

Now, almost 4 months into the program, I have found inner confidence and self-esteem. Your program helped me to include exercise into an already unbalanced diet and crazy life schedule. But they put me back on track, and have me eating a much healthier diet, and enjoying going to the studio to work out every Tuesday and Thursday.  The work ethic you put into helping unfortunate people like me is phenomenal, and I appreciate it. Your exercise program gives you a little bit of a push, but it’s just what you need to get going.

Not only has your program had a positive influence on me, but coming to work out has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of caring people who also come to the personal training studio. Wayne,
Words alone cannot express our gratitude for what you have done for our son Nick.  When he began training I was a little skeptical because you did not have a large youth clientele.  Well my skepticism soon turned to belief and confidence in what you could help Nick to accomplish.

At his first assessment he had lost six pounds and showed overall improvement in his physical condition.  He continued to build strength and endurance which has helped greatly with his involvement in competitive sports.

Most importantly, Nick has gained a greater sense of self esteem and confidence.  He beams when people tell him how wonderful he looks, and is excited to be able to wear all fashionable clothes his friends are wearing.  Nick has learned the importance of healthy eating and exercise to combat childhood obesity so he can avoid illnesses that come along with being overweight.

This by far, has been the best money we have ever spent on anything!  I am happy for Nick that he has completed his sessions here (for now!).  His spring sports schedule should keep him busy, but what he takes away from the program here is that hard work and determination pay off!  This is a life lesson he will carry with him always.  I could go on and on, but I’ll end by saying Thank You! I just wanted to write a quick note to thank Wayne for all that he has helped me accomplish.
