I began training at Jersey Personal Training in April of this year. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and was treated with professionalism. I began my training with a goal to improve muscle structure and stay fit and healthy. So far I am achieving those goals and feel so good about it that I have signed on for another 36 sessions. What I like about it is that even though my training programs are well planned out, I can suggest to do something else on another area of my body that I feel needs more focus on and the trainer always comes up with something satisfying. I hope to continue in my pursuit of health and looking and feeling great and I know I can’t do it without Jersey Personal Training! Thank you and keep up the good work!
