In the summer of 2005, I was turning 40 and had not worked out consistently over the previous years.  I used to play tennis once a week, jump on the elliptical 1-2 days a week.  A half hour into a game of tennis I was exhausted and my game would wither away.

I needed to build endurance, and improve my cardiovascular fitness.  I was not motivated 100% and I was intimidated by weight training.  At this point I was fortunate to become acquainted with Wayne.  My partnership with him has given me a whole new awareness about health and fitness.  I now understand the basics of excellent nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, and weight training.    The mutual commitment has established fitness and lifestyle goals that I will work on to maintain the rest of my life.

Wayne has great knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and is capable of determining the individual abilities of his clients.  His pleasant positive attitude is a great asset to his willingness to work further and apply myself more diligently.  With Wayne’s experience in physical fitness, he can adjust his exercise plans.
