I started personal training with Wayne 6 months ago.  He has helped me focus on what I needed to accomplish with my fitness goals.  I needed the guidance of a trainer that was able to focus my efforts to ensure I was getting maximum benefits out of my efforts, instead of wasting my time and Wayne was able to do that.

My program has been interesting and tailored to my needs.  I enjoy the individual attention and encouragement Wayne has provided to me on my twice weekly visits.  I find Wayne to be a cheerful and effective motivator who is always conscious of his clients needs.  He knows just how to push me enough in my workouts so that I wasn’t crippled the next day.  I have Wayne to be a professional and knowledgeable trainer who takes his clients health and fitness very seriously.
