I came to Jersey Personal Training looking for some help with my health and fitness goals.  As a Doctor I know the value of being healthy and fit but with 4 kids I just couldn’t find the time to workout and stay motivated.  I wanted to lose weight and tone up my muscles but I didn’t know how I could do that with a busy schedule and without the crowds and tons of people watching my every move.  I am not the type of person that likes to be stared at when I am working out.

So far since being a client at Jersey Personal Training I have lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks.  A big part of my success is the result of the program they have put me through.  The support and direction has helped me achieve more than I thought I could.  Jersey Personal Training has shown me that with discipline and hard work anything is possible.  Jersey Personal Training has created and provided me with a personalized catered overall fitness program including nutrition monitoring that has given me more energy.    This system by far beats the mass training philosophy and impersonal approach of larger gyms from all aspects from scheduling a time that fits into my busy schedule to varying exercises to keep the workouts interesting and effective.  I truly believe this is one of the best investments I have made and I would recommend Jersey Personal Training to my patients and friends.
