ABOUT WAYNE
Wayne has been in the health, fitness, physical education, and sports industry for his entire life. As a high school and college athlete, Wayne understood the importance of being in top physical condition to outperform other athletes. Wayne is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. He has a master’s degree in Physical Education from CUNY Brooklyn College. He is nationally certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer for over 25 years where he has logged thousands of hours of experience training his clientele. Wayne started his career as a Health & Physical Education teacher and Head Varsity Baseball Coach. He is also certified as a Golf Conditioning Specialist, Longevity Wellness Specialist, and Flexibility Specialist through GMP fitness. In addition Wayne holds advanced certifications as a Youth Nutrition Specialist with IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) and is a TRX Level 2 Sports Medicine Suspension Training Qualified. His latest certification is with ACE as an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist.
Wayne has provided personal training and nutritional counseling to a wide range of clients from middle school and high school athletes to training top executives in a Fortune 250 company as their In-House Corporate Trainer. Wayne is constantly increasing his knowledge base through continuing education courses offered by nationally recognized fitness organizations and continued readings in various publications.
