I started working out with Wayne in the beginning of January so I’ve been working with him as my trainer for about 3-4 months and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Wayne is super friendly, personable and easy to get along with – I have no doubt that anyone who works with him would think the same. He is very professional and spends the time to identify and set personal goals with you, and then he tailors a workout program specific to your needs. He has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and it really shows. He knows tons of exercises and variations to always keep each workout interesting so you’ll never get bored – a big bonus is that he’ll also explain each exercise that you do and explain which muscle groups the exercise is targeting so you not only just do the exercise, but you also know why. The equipment and workout studio is all super clean. The workout setting is also very private (it’s 1 on 1), not like a gym where there might be other people walking around, so for those that are more self-conscious or shy, this is a great benefit. Personally, I think Wayne takes great care in choosing and selecting appropriate weights for the exercises I do (he always chooses just enough to challenge but not overwhelm), and he seems to really understand my limits and is always pushing me to be better. He’s always making sure that each exercise I do is with proper form and will immediately correct the form to make sure I don’t get injured. I work with him currently 3 times a week, and I leave each workout very exhausted but also feeling fantastic and motivated. Definitely more than satisfied plus the price is very competitive so I’m more than happy.
